Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.  - Proverbs 22:6

Our goal is to teach the word of God to children in a way that is relevant to them. And since it takes a village to raise a child, the entire church is dedicated to Christian Education.  Rather than securing a sole teacher to teach a class for the entire Sunday School year (September through May), we have asked all members of the congregation to consider giving one or two Sundays a year to Christian Education.

Classes are held on Sunday morning during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Children remain with their parents in the  Sanctuary until the "Time with the Children," after which, kids leave for Sunday School. After a brief gathering in the conference room, the kids are divided into classes and dismissed to their classrooms. Classes are available for the following age groups:

            Preschool/kindergarten (meets in the playroom)

1st and 2nd grades (meets in classroom 1 in the midlevel)

3rd and 4th grades (meets in classroom 2 in the midlevel)

5th grade and up (meets in the conference room)

Our curriculum for 2018-19 is from "Dig In" and is called "The Bible in One Year."

A cry room is available during worship for use by families with infants.

The adult Bible study class meets in the midlevel at 9:15 a.m. on Sundays.
